Merhdad Golzad, M.D.

a board certified in Brain Injury Medicine, Neurology, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Dr. Golzad has broad expertise in Neurophysiology, Neuropharmacology, Quantitative EEG, Neurofeedback, and, TBI-related Balance Disorders. Dr. Golzad was head of Neurology at the St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of Brooklyn and Queens from 1999 to 2009. In collaboration with the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, Dr. Golzad's team achieved Stroke Center (PSC) Certifications by making exceptional efforts to foster better outcomes through the quality of care his team provided in order to meet the unique and specialized needs of stroke patients.
Dr. Golzad has published articles and a book chapter on neurotoxicology, neuropsychological testing, and the treatment of motor neuropathies by conduction block.
Dr. Golzad is actively involved in the administration of parenteral Ketamine (under pharmaco-EEG monitoring) combined with music therapy and psychotherapy in TBI survivors with neuropsychiatric complications.
Dr. Golzad believes in the aggressive multi-modality treatment of TBI survivors in order to leverage their neuroplasticity and achieve unexpected results.

Roy Lubit, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Lubit is board certified in Child, Adolescent, and Forensic Psychiatry. He has special expertise in evaluating emotional trauma in children and adults (post-traumatic stress disorder-PTSD), & Traumatic Brain Injury. Dr. Lubit has testified in over two hundred cases. He has been retained by both plaintiffs and defendants including the U.S. Government, U.S. Army, NJ Prosecutor’s Office, State of Missouri, City of Chicago, the Seminole County Public School District, and plaintiff’s lawyers around the country.

Kornelia Teslic, M.D.
Is a Board Certified NeuroRadiologist. She completed her residency in radiology at the New York Medical College, her fellowship in NeuroRadiology at Weill Cornell, and Nuclear Medicine PET at Memorial Sloan- Kettering Cancer Center, NY. She has 20 years of experience in neuroimaging including advanced micostructural brain MRI techniques. She speaks English, Spanish, Croatian, and Serbian.  Dr. Teslic is a  Senior Member, of the American Society of Neuroradiology. She is also certified by the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology

Kim Busichio, Ph.D.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Busichio specializes in assessing and treating cognitive deficits associated with brain injuries, as well as developmental and attention deficit disorders in adults, adolescents, and children. She conducts comprehensive cognitive assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan and future care, leveraging brain plasticity to maximize functional improvement.

Dr. Busichio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Psychology from Seton Hall University, as well as a Master's and Doctorate (Ph.D.) from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She completed her Clinical Internship at NYU-Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (RIRM) and a Post-Doctoral residency in Neuropsychology at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute Center for Head Injuries. Dr. Busichio completed inpatient and outpatient rotations in cognitive assessment and rehabilitation during her residency. Before that, she worked as a research and clinical associate at Kessler Medical Rehabilitation Research and Education Corporation, the VA Hospital, and UMDNJ-University Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Busichio was the coordinator of the Learning Disability and ADHD Clinic at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Her work in Neuropsychology has been widely published through manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations, and she is a member of the New Jersey Psychological Association (NJPA).
